What Should You Expect On Your First Visit With Us?

Step 1 | Consultation

First you will have a consultation with Dr. Aaron to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, as well as potential treatment options. Your first visit is designed for Dr. Aaron to learn more about you, your condition and your expectations to determine whether you are a candidate for chiropractic care

Step 2 | Examination

After your consultation, Dr. Aaron will perform a complete chiropractic examination to help determine if yours is a chiropractic case. And we always encourage questions.  We want to make sure you are educated about your condition and why we need to do something so there are never any surprises.

Step 3 | X-ray Studies

Your specific condition may require us to take x-rays to get a full evaluation of a patient. X-rays help us rule out more serious conditions or assist us in developing the most effective treatment plan for you. Most people are amazed once they see their x-rays and can often immediately identify their misalignments and damaged areas  themselves.

Step 4 | Report of Findings

Once all the information and examinations have been performed, Dr. Taylor will set up a report of findings on your next visit to answer the three most popular questions:

  1. Did you find my problem?
  2. Can you fix my problem?
  3. How much is it going to cost?

After reviewing all the information gathered on your first visit and reviewing any x-rays or tests, Dr. Aaron will be able to better discuss recommendations with you. If your situation warrants, we will begin an initial treatment plan to get you back on track as soon as possible. If you have a condition that requires care with other providers, the doctor will tell you. If we believe we can help you, we will discuss our best recommendations for helping you to reach your goals, whether that is a reduction in symptoms or achieving better health and wellness.

Step 5 | Treatment

Most patients will get relief from the very first adjustment! Chiropractic adjustments are gentle enough for kids yet will restore movement and function for the athlete and senior.
Our office participates in many different insurance programs; we also work with auto insurance and workers compensation cases. We offer no obligation consultations and can help you directly with insurance forms. For patients with no insurance coverage a flexible payment plan can be approved.

We want to see you get well just as much as you do yourself. Prior to leaving on your first visit, you will be instructed on things you can do to reduce any symptoms and speed your healing process at home. If you are in pain when you first come into our office this may include ice or heat application instructions, avoidance of certain activities or positions, as well as home exercises and/or stretches. Every body is unique and different and therefore everyone requires a unique and customized wellness plan. The foundation of our overall wellness lifestyle is maintaining healthy posture and good spinal alignment, eating a healthy diet, taking supplements, keeping your weight under control and stress relief.
